Hi, I'm Sheridan Kaatz! Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and founder of Thrive Therapy Collective. I'm so glad you are here. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Thrive Therapy Collective is a practice built with intention. My mission is to create a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and move toward change that feels aligned and authentic to who you are.​ I believe we as humans are meant for more than just "survival mode." While life can shape us in powerful ways, it does not have to define what is possible for us. We all deserve the chance to reconnect with ourselves, cultivate meaningful relationships, and build lives that feel intentional, fulfilling, and truly our own.

Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to manage everything on their own. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the lasting effects of difficult experiences, therapy can be a place to slow down, untangle what feels complicated, and approach life's challenges with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence.

Therapy with me is meant to feel comfortable, human, and real. You won’t need to worry about saying the “right” thing or presenting a polished version of yourself. Our sessions can feel more like a genuine conversation than a formal appointment. We’ll laugh together when it feels right, and we’ll also make space for the hardest parts of life. Therapy can hold both the heavy moments and the lighter ones. My role is to walk alongside you through all of it, offering support, curiosity, and compassion as you make sense of your experiences and move toward the life you want to create.​

The goal of this work is not perfection, but rather developing a deeper understanding of yourself, greater flexibility in the face of life's challenges, and a sense of healing that allows you to move beyond simply surviving toward truly thriving.

2. Schedule Your Free Consult Call

 

​I will reach out to you and schedule a time to have a 15 minute phone call! During this conversation we will discuss your goals for therapy, my approach, and determine if we are a good fit to work together. ​

3. Plan Your First Session

​

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule your first full session. You’ll have the option to meet virtually or in person at our Holmen office—whatever feels most comfortable.
