I accept the following insurance plans: -United Healthcare -The Alliance-UMR-Optum-Medica-Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield-Medicaid-Cigna-AetnaPlease contact your insurance company to verify your mental health benefits, including your deductible, copay, and any out-of-pocket costs. Insurance coverage cannot be guaranteed, and clients are responsible for any balance not paid by their insurance.For all other insurance plans, I am considered out of network; however, I can provide you with a monthly superbill to submit directly to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Thrive Therapy Collective offers a discounted self-pay rate which is available upon request. Please reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns related to insurance. Therapy is an investment in your growth and overall well-being, and I believe therapy should be accessible. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. These spaces are on a first come, first serve basis and depend on current availability. If you'd like to inquire about sliding scale openings, please contact me directly.

What is your cancellation policy?

Thrive Therapy Collective requires a 24 hour notice for cancellation, or you may be charged our late cancellation fee of $150.

Where will my sessions be held?

Sessions can be held both in person or virtually! My office is located in Holmen. For virtual sessions, clients must be located in the state of Wisconsin during their appointment.
