For all other insurance plans, I am considered out of network; however, I can provide you with a monthly superbill to submit directly to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Therapy is an investment in your growth and overall well-being, and I believe therapy should be accessible. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. These spaces are on a first come, first serve basis and depend on current availability. If you'd like to inquire about sliding scale openings, please contact me directly.
I accept credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
Thrive Therapy Collective requires a 24 hour notice for cancellation, or you may be charged our late cancellation fee of $150.
Sessions can be held both in person or virtually! My office is located in Holmen. For virtual sessions, clients must be located in the state of Wisconsin during their appointment.
